Arsenal have been in the news in recent days following sensational transfer news involving Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos and Lille forward Nicolas Pepe.
Ceballos signed on a season-long loan from Real Madrid last week after it was reported that he rejected advances from Arsenal rivals Tottenham. Pepe meanwhile is expected to make a move to the Emirates stadium in the next 48 hours after the Gunners agreed a transfer fee with Lille.
With this impending arrival, we can speculate on how Arsenal could line up next season with these new signings.
German stopper Bernd Leno should be the number one stopper despite claims that Arsenal are in the market for a quality stopper. Spanish defender Hector Bellerin should reclaim his spot at the right back position when fully recovered from his long-term injury.
Meanwhile Celtic fullback Kieran Tierney is closing in on a move to the Emirates and could dislodged Sead Kolasinac in that position. Greek centre back Sokratis is expected to play a key role in the defence alongside Rob Holding.
The midfield should see new signing Ceballos slot nicely with Uruguay ace Lucas Torreira.
German star Mesut Ozil is likely to play in the No10 role despite rumors of a summer exit. While the front three could be a fearsome trident of Lacazzete, Aubameyang and Nicolas Pepe.
