Chelsea are reported to be open to a transfer for midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko according to reports from England.
Bakayoko is said to be on his way out of the club with Turkish side Galatasaray the favourites to sign the midfielder.
Galatasaray have begun talks with the club over a potential loan deal this week. Bakayoko stock has come crashing down from the highs of his big-money move two seasons ago after helping Monaco win an unlikely league title.
The midfielder spent last season on loan at AC Milan and played well for the Rossoneri. However, failure to secure Champions League meant that the Italian club did not take up the £32 million transfer option this summer.
There had been reports that the player could be reintegrated into the Chelsea team under new manager Frank Lampard after he played in the first few games of pre-season.
However, this has proven to be a false dawn as Bakayoko has sat the last two friendly games against Red Bull Salzburg and Borussia Monchengladbach.
The French international would be hoping that the latest transfer news could prove to be a permanent solution for his future. It remains to be seen whether a transfer would materialize in the coming days.
