According to the latest report via Dario AS, English Premier League side, Arsenal are in talks with Spanish Segunda Division club SD Huesca over the transfer of Nigerian midfielder, Kelechi Nwakali.
The report reveals the transfer deal has gotten to an advanced stage and the only delay is for the Spanish side to officially unveil Nwakali as their new player.
Nwakali, who plays for the Nigerian U23 is said to have agreed to a two-year transfer deal with Huesca.
Also, the terms of the deal reveals Arsenal will not get a transfer fee for the Nigerian but they have included a sell-on clause in his deal.
Arsenal signed Nwakali from Diamond Academy in the summer transfer window of 2016 for more than three million euro after his performance in the 2015 FIFA Under 17 world cup where he won the Golden Ball award.
But the report stress that the Gunners have been unable to make use of him in any of their teams because he was unable to get a work permit.
However, while he was in Arsenal record, the North London club loaned him out to MVV Maastricht after which he continued his loan spells with VVV Venlo and Porto B.
