Arsenals are ready to pay a huge fee worth £44.6million for Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos according to reports from Spain.
TeamTalk reveals that both clubs are in negotiations over a transfer fee for the Spanish international.
The Spanish midfielder is regarded as one of the top young midfielders in Spain but is yet to find his feet at the capital club.
The 22-year-old is an attacking midfielder with the ability to create chances and can also feature in attack. It is understood that the Gunners have identified the youngster as a potential replacement for Welsh midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
Real Madrid are open to selling the player after undergoing a summer spree of about £300 million. Ceballos has great potentials and Madrid have already informed the Gunners that he would cost them £45 million.
Ceballos would be an excellent signing for the London club and would form a quality midfield trio with Granit Xhaka and Lucas Torreira.
Arsenal would need to sell some players to fund the transfer and the likes of Mustafi and Kolasinac have been linked with moves away from the club.
There could also be a late twist as Tottenham are looking to make a swap deal with Madrid which would see Christian Eriksen move to the club.
