As the January transfer window continues to draw closer, rumours of possible player movements in January have intensified.
The search for a supposed replacement for Eden Hazard who has refused to sign a contract extension continues to agitate the club.
Not to be caught unprepared, the club have identified Borrussia Dortmund Christian Pulisicfor a supposed January swoop and as an alternative in case Belgium playmaker joins Real Madrid.
The 20-year-old American star who has impressed and gradually grew in status is also on the radar of Bayer Munich and Liverpool, but it seem Chelsea are most eager for the player to join.
Dortmund might not be too forthcoming in the player’s movement in January for obvious reason because they also have plans that they wouldn’t want to be disrupted by his sudden departure.
So a summer movement will be more reasonable for the Bundesliga outfit conditioned on the largesse accruable to them. Hopefully, £70 will be close to their valuation of the player.
