Manchester United are weighing up a bid for Leicester defender Harry Maguire according to reports from England.
The Sun, claims that United are ready to pay the £80 million fee demanded by Leicester as they look to secure the signing of the sturdy defender.
The report also says that the Old Trafford could also include Marcos Rojo or Eric Bailly as part of the deal as they look to push through the move in the summer.
Maguire has been the most consistent English defender for the past two seasons and cemented his place at the top during the 2018 FIFA World Cup. He is regarded as a defensive kingpin with his passing ability and aerial qualities a key feature of his game.
It is understood that Manchester United will offer the 26-year old a five-year contract worth £350,000 a week.
Maguire is considered as an important player for the Foxes but the club are open to selling at the right price.
Maguire is the type of leader that United lack as he would be able to organise the defence that was exposed by several teams last season. He is one of several defenders that have been linked with a move to Old Trafford in recent weeks and it would be a coup for United if he makes the move.
