Manchester United are keen to sign Crystal Palace defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka according to reports from England.
It is widely reported that United are in talks with Crystal Palace for the player and have already made two bids that was rejected by the Premier League side.
The Red Devils are looking to spend heavily on their squad as they look to rebuild after enduring a disappointing season.
Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has identified the defence as an area that needs major rebuilding and several defenders have been linked to the club. Wan-Bissaka has been identified as one of the players that could improve the defence.
The England u21 international enjoyed a breakthrough season for the Eagles, establishing himself as one of the best young defenders in England.
Crystal Palace had earlier demanded a transfer fee of £60 million. But latest reports from Sky Sports claims that the club have reduced their valuation of the player to around £40 million.
Wan-Bissaka possesses pace and good defensive positioning and would be expected to slot straight into the first team. Current right-back options Ashley Young is considered to be in his final legs while Diogo Dalot is inexperienced for the position.
Manchester United financial strength means that it is only a matter of time before a deal is reached with Crystal Palace.
