The Old Trafford occupants finished sixth last season after a mediocre outing that saw them miss out on the opportunity to compete with elite European clubs in the champions league for the first time in years.
To avoid a repeat of the disappointment of last season, the manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is reportedly keen on boosting the team with the signing of two top talents in problem departments.
Koulibaly, the big Senegalese has been rumoured to be slapped with the sum of £100m like the way mosquitoes are smacked in some parts of the world when they make discomforting sound around one’s ears.

Bruno Fernandes and Thomas Meunier will not be easy players to sign as they have a list admirers home and abroad who can offer much more than Manchester United.
