Manchester United have been offered welsh star Gareth Bale for a loan transfer according to reports from Spain. Marca reports that Real Madrid are ready to sanctiona loan move for the former Spurs ace with an option to buy.
Manchester United have been heavily linked to the forward who has failed to impress this season despite the huge expectations. The injury prone forward has faced criticism from a large section of Madrid supporters who feel that he is not committed to the team.
Bale is thought to be happy at the club but the return of French legend Zinedine Zidane has all but sealed his fate. Zidane is not a fan of the 29-year-old and has informed the board that the forward is not part of his plans.
Manchester United have endured a torrid campaign, with the club going through two managers already this season. Bale’s arrival would bring stardust to the club and could be the boost required for the club to challenge for titles next season.
The two-time PFA player of the year is also thought to be interested in a move to PSG and Bayern Munich. However, Manchester United are one of the few clubs that can afford his huge wages believed to be around £500,000 a week.
