Italy international and Juventus defender, Daniele Rugani has been linked with a transfer move to Arsenal FC this summer.
The report would have been counted as one of the many rumours flying around, as this is because this is not the first time Rugani will be linked with a move to the North London club, in fact it dates far back as 2015.
However, an Italian top journalist, Alfredo Pendulla in his statement reveals that Rugani could be close to a move to Emirates Stadium this time around.
Arsenal have reached personal terms with Rugani. They will now meet with Juve to try to close the deal. Juve might accept loan with obligation to buy (@AlfredoPedulla)

Reports from Italy claimed the Old Lady are ready to let the defender leave this summer but they don’t want a loan transfer for him.
This decision by Juventus will make it hard for the English Premier League side to sign Rugani as they have already spent most of their transfer budget on Nicolas Pepe, who they signed from Lille this summer.
The same report hints that Rugani has reached a personal agreement with the Gunners that would see him earn more than €4 million per season. The main challenge is that both clubs are yet to reach an agreement. However, Pendulla claims that Arsenal and Juventus are close to reaching a compromise on the transfer deal.
The Italian journalist reveals that Arsenal will have to sign Rugani on a two-year loan with a condition to sign him permanently at the transfer price of €40 million at the end of his loan contract.
Arsenal will have to hurry up before the close of the transfer window on Thursday if they still need the defender this summer.
