Despite the limited budget, Arsenal coach, Unai Emery is doing everything possible to bring in new players to Emirates Stadium in order to get better result in the coming season.
And it looks as if their hard work is about to pay off.
According to Metro UK in a latest report, it is disclosed that Arsenal target, Soares Everton, has heightened the speculation surrounding his move to the North London club. Metro UK reports that the 23-year-old winger has gone ahead to follow his fellow countryman, Gabrielli Martinelli, who was recently signed by Arsenal this summer on Twitter.
This might be an indication that Everton may finally be on his way to the English Premier League. Earlier on, reports from Brazil some few days ago revealed that the Gunners have agreed on a deal worth £36 million with Gremio for the young winger.
The report added that Everton is however expected to have his medical in his home country, Brazil, instead of travelling to England.
Everton is currently on holiday in Brazil having participated in the Copa America, where he won the Golden Boot after scoring three goals in the tournament.
He was also named the Man of the Match in the finals against Peru, which was won by Brazil with a 3-1 scoreline. Everton is known for his goal scoring skills and would be a plus for Arsenal owing to the poor performance of Alex Iwobi last season.
