Manchester United are set to offer £55 million for Crystal Palace defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka according to reports in England.
This according to the Daily Record would make the England u21 international the most expensive full back in history. United have been locked in negotiations with the Eagles in the past few weeks as they look to secure the signature of the young defender.
Crystal Palace had earlier rejected bids two bids from the club but have agreed to sell the defender for £55million, which would surpass the £50m paid by rivals Manchester City for Kyle Walker in 2017.
Wan-Bissaka is regarded as one of the top young defenders in the league and enjoyed a good campaign last season.
The 21-year-old averaged 2 crosses per game with a third of his crosses hitting his man who equals to the accuracy of Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold.
