Manchester United have received a transfer boost as key target Aaron Wan-Bissaka is reportedly keen on moving to Old Trafford.
Reports of United interest in the Crystal Palace defender has been rife in the past few days as both clubs are locked in negotiations.
United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a huge fan of the player and is keen on signing the defender this summer. Wan-Bissaka enjoyed a breakthrough season for the Eagles where he emerged as the young player of the year for the club.
The right-back’s ability to provide overlapping runs while showcasing remarkable defensive qualities makes him an ideal target for United.
United want to ensure that they can attract the best young talents in England as they look to build long-term. Wan-Bissaka would be expected to slot into the first team ahead of Ashley Young and Diogo Dalot.
The 21-year-old is valued at around £50 million by Crystal Palace and there had been reportsthat United had seen a £40 million initial bid rejected by the club.
Wan-Bissaka is not the only defender on the radar of the club with Ajax ace Matthijs de Ligt and Napoli kingpin Kalidou Koulibaly on the wish list.
From all indications there is an 80 percent chance of Wan-Bissaka ending up at Old Trafford this summer.
