Liverpool enjoyed an impressive season with the club winning the Champions League and pushing Man City all the way in the Premier League.
The Reds have been quiet in the transfer window but could face some departures from the team this summer.
Portuguese tabloid Record claims that Sporting Lisbon are close to signing youngster Rafael Camacho from the club. According to the report both teams have been in negotiations for the player for a few weeks.
Liverpool were initially bent on receiving £8.9 million for the youngster but the club have agreed to lower their valuation of the young forward.
However, the Reds wants to insert a sell on clause of 20% and a transfer fee of £5.4 million. Camacho is one player that is highly rated within the Liverpool setup but has been unable to break into the first team.
The 19-year-old has a year left on his existing contract and Liverpool are getting fair value for the player. Portuguese clubs are known for buying players on a cheap and developing them to sell after a few years for decent profits.
With the sell-on clause inserted, the Champions League holders would be able to benefit from any financial windfall in the future.
